Sonoma Capital, a small-ticket equipment financing and leasing provider, hired Martin Gagnon as vice president of sales and Scott Clendenan as vice president of syndication.

Gagnon was previously general manager of Quebec at CWB National Leasing. He has 20 years of experience in the equipment finance industry and has an entrepreneurial background and knowledge of business development, strategy and management. Throughout Gagnon’s career, he has overseen sales operations in Quebec and developed relationships across Canada.

Clendenan was previously the director of the mid-ticket and syndication business at CWB National Leasing. He has 25 years of experience in the equipment finance industry and specializes in financial analysis, pricing and syndication. Throughout his 25 years in the industry, Clendenan has developed and implemented tactical and operational plans within the mid-ticket and syndication spheres, developing annual financing volume to more than $200 million.
