Sparta Commercial Services announced that Kingstree, SC has become the latest city, and the 10th South Carolina jurisdiction, to join the increasing number of municipalities as a client of Sparta’s Municipal Lease Program.

Sparta’s Municipal Lease Program continues to draw attention and gain popularity among local governments around the country because of how much more economical the program is for budget-minded officials and their need to stretch the tax dollars they have to allocate.

Sparta also develops mobile applications for towns and cities, as evidenced by the recently launched mobile app for the town of Westport, MA. Towns may use their iMobileApp to provide important free alerts to residents and visitors for all governmental functions, voting dates, weather-related closings, and more.

The iMobileApp also allows the town to promote activities, restaurants, hotels and other attractions to tourists by establishing strategic partnerships with local businesses which may serve to both generate income and support the town economy.
