STRIPES Leadership Program Announces Master Workshop with Industry ‘Greats’



STRIPES Leadership Program, the professional and personal leadership development program created in partnership with Monitor and designed to challenge and inspire best-in-class leaders within the equipment finance industry, announced a truly one-of-a-kind opportunity to learn about leadership from the industry’s best of the best.

STRIPES Leadership Program created a workshop with the following renowned leaders: Vince Belcastro, group head of syndications and capital markets at Element Fleet Management; Ellen Comeaux, senior vice president and commercial division sales leader at TIAA Bank; Dave Normandin, president and CEO at Wintrust Specialty Finance; Will Perry, president at Regions Equipment Finance; Mike Romanowski, president at Farm Credit Leasing at CoBank; Rafe Rosato, chief innovation officer at DLL; Howard Shiebler, president at Crossroads Equipment Lease and Finance; Adam Warner, president at Key Equipment Finance; and Bill Verhelle, CEO at QuickFi by Innovation Finance.

This esteemed group of leaders will lead a Master Workshop titled “In the Lead: Wisdom and Practical Advice for Extraordinary Leadership.” In this Master Workshop, these equipment finance leaders will share their deep knowledge of the industry, their unique leadership journeys and strategies, and how they honed the tools and skills required for leadership throughout their careers. In addition, there will be a Q&A session designed for STRIPES’ participants to ask questions of these renowned industry leaders.

STRIPES Leadership Program is a 10-month, rich and unique leadership development experience.
