Tamarack Technology hired Mitch Peterson as executive vice president of operations. In this role, Peterson will lead the company’s professional services team and oversee all IT and human resources activities.
“As Tamarack continues its growth trajectory, it is critical that we have the infrastructure and personnel in place to manage all aspects of our operations, from delivering professional services to technology,” Scott Nelson, president and CDO of Tamarack Technology, said. “Mitch brings expertise that will be key to our ability to continue exceeding client expectations. His background in driving operational efficiencies and process optimization will be invaluable to Tamarack’s continued success in a fast-paced and ever-evolving technology landscape.”
Peterson has more than two decades of experience. Prior to joining Tamarack, he scaled client operations of two digital health startups: Truepill and Icario. In these roles, Peterson was responsible for organization-wide client delivery, revenue realization, product and engineering capacity planning and client portfolio management. He helped increased program launches for both startups from 31 to 244 in four years and led more than 650 client implementations over a six-year period.
During his career, Peterson has also held positions at Boston Scientific, a medical equipment manufacturing company; Thomson Prometric, a technology-driven global assessment services provider; and GE Capital. At these organizations, he was involved in leading client delivery, program performance and multiple technology teams, as well as client relationship management efforts.
