Tamarack Technology Expands Professional Services Team by Adding Crandall and Rieckhoff

Tamarack Technology, a provider of independent software solutions in the equipment finance and commercial lending industry, expanded its professional services team with the addition of Karl Crandall and Lori Rieckhoff as senior consultants.

In their roles, Crandall and Rieckhoff will use their decades of industry experience as well as their client-side perspective to guide client projects. Reporting to Chad Carlson, director of professional services for Tamarack, their primary focus will be on overseeing the implementation of client projects and managing client relationships.

“Both Karl and Lori come to Tamarack with more than three decades of experience in the banking and equipment finance industries,” Carlson said. “Both have a unique combination of skills in the industry. Not only do they understand the challenges facing clients but also the potential that exists to improve processes, streamline operations and deliver value from operational systems.”

Crandall joined Tamarack after more than 25 years at Wells Fargo (and First Security Bank prior to its acquisition by Wells Fargo). Since 2000, he served as a business systems consultant/analyst and managed Wells Fargo’s online leasing application tool (Rapport application) until the application was retired. In this role, he was a liaison between management and staff and managed software integrations and upgrades as well as other business projects and processes. Earlier in his career, as equipment leasing technology manager, he created the first online leasing application tool offered by IDS (now Solifi) for First Security Bank and managed the implementation for all equipment leasing groups across Wells Fargo.

Rieckhoff also joined Tamarack from Wells Fargo, where she was a business systems consultant. During her seven years at the financial institution, she led the migration of multiple portfolios to InfoLease 10 and was involved in a conversion that nearly doubled the size of the business. She also worked with business leaders to streamline and automate processes for initiatives within the organization and to take advantage of web services for real-time communication. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Rieckhoff spent nearly three decades at IDS (now Solifi) in various roles designing and developing InfoLease and as a professional services and support consultant working with organizations on the design, implementation and management of the InfoLease platform.
