Visual Lease has been named a 2020 “Best Place to Work in New Jersey” by NJBiz. The annual award recognizes top employers in the state based on company culture, employee satisfaction, opportunity for growth and strength of leadership.

Visual Lease joins 120 employers across the state named to the list and is among the 48 mid-sized employers (50-249 employees) to be recognized. The company will be recognized at the awards ceremony held on September 17, in Freehold, NJ.

This year marks Visual Lease’s first time being recognized on the list, which is compiled based on employee feedback and participation in the Best Places to Work survey. Visual Lease has experienced significant growth and expansion in the past two years – growing revenue by 172 percent in 2018 and an additional 85 percent in 2019 – and as a result, its workforce tripled in size.
