The Rental Equipment Register reports Volvo Rents acquired Louisiana-based Tuff Equipment Rentals, its second major acquisition within a week. On June 14, Volvo Rents announced the acquisition of Utah-based Sampson Equipment, as well as its new strategy to both operate a franchise network of rental stores and manage and grow a network of company-owned stores.
