Webster Bank was selected as one of the Hearst Media Services’ Top Workplaces for 2016 for New Haven, Fairfield and Litchfield counties in Connecticut.

The Top Workplaces are determined solely by employee feedback. The employee survey was conducted by research firm WorkplaceDynamics.
