LinkedIn named Wells Fargo to its 2019 Top Companies list, which honors the 50 most sought-after companies in the U.S.

The LinkedIn Top Companies list is derived from a blended score looking at factors including interest in the company, engagement with employees, job interest and retention. It is informed by the billions of actions taken by more than 610 million professionals on LinkedIn.

Wells Fargo ranks No. 25 on the list, LinkedIn’s fourth annual ranking of the most sought-after companies.

“We’re excited to be recognized as a LinkedIn Top Company this year,” said David Galloreese, head of Human Resources. “Being an employer of choice is one of our six company goals, and receiving this honor is a reflection that, through the action of our team members every single day, we are making progress in that journey.”

Wells Fargo has also made significant progress in its efforts around team member engagement, including:

• Raising the minimum hourly wage for U.S.-based team members in March 2018, with base pay increasing by 32% since 2013
• In 2018, granting restricted stock rights to approximately 250,000 team members; for full-timers, equivalent to 50 shares of Wells Fargo stock that vests in two years (for part-timers, 30 shares)
• For U.S. team members, increasing the total number of holidays from eight to 12, including two additional national holidays plus two personal holidays team members can use for religious, family, cultural, patriotic, community or diversity observances
• Introducing a simpler, more focused Vision, Values & Goals booklet to make it easier for team members and customers to understand what guides Wells Fargo
