Sal Cifala, Howard Eisner, Carol Francis, Eddie Sullivan and Cathy Taskaya joined Western Equipment Finance. All five professionals recently departed Firestone Financial after the company announced it will no longer originate new loans.

In a separate announcement, Western Equipment Finance reported that Blake Dupuy also recently joined the company.

Cifala joined Western Equipment Finance as a vice president of national business development. He served Firestone Financial for nearly 25 years, most recently as assistant vice president of sales.

Dupuy also joined Western Equipment Finance as vice president of national business development and will assist in achieving financial growth in the construction industry.

Eisner joined Western Equipment Finance as a program manager. He served as a loan closer at Firestone Financial.

Francis joined Western Equipment Finance as a vice president of national business development. She joined Firestone Financial in 2010 and has more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience.

Sullivan joined Western Equipment Finance as a senior credit analyst. He joined Firestone Financial in 2019 and most recently served as a commercial credit associate.

Taskaya joined Western Equipment Finance as vice president and senior credit officer. She joined Firestone Financial in 2013 and most recently served as senior vice president and credit and operations officer. She has more than 25 years of financial services experience.
