White Clarke Wins Digital Innovation of the Year – Consumer Lending Award

White Clarke Group, in partnership with Toyota Financial Services UK, won the Digital Innovation of the Year – Consumer Lending from the Motor Finance: Europe Conference & Awards.

The joint award, won by White Clarke Group and Toyota Financial Services UK, was based on White Clarke Group’s CALMS Digital Processing Solution that went live in October 2017.

CALMS Digital Processing Solution, including e-signature and e-identity, provides advanced digital processing capabilities for document generation and management. It also helps streamline the customer experience and reduce operating costs.

When announcing the award the judges said, “Sometimes it is easy to be complacent about just how advanced some motor finance lenders are. This year’s winner were able to demonstrate how they built up to an advanced level, and were able to successfully innovate on top of that to give them, in many respects, market leading solutions to age old problems.”

“Digital processing is becoming increasingly important in our industry and we are delighted to win this award. I would like to congratulate Toyota Financial Services (UK) for the double victory and collecting the second trophy for the ‘Captive of the Year’ award for driving greater levels of finance penetration and innovation,” said Brendan Gleeson, Group CEO at White Clarke Group.

The awards recognize achievements in the European motor finance industry. All winners were selected by an independent judging panel and Motor Finance’s editorial team members.
