Wintrust Commercial Finance, a division of Wintrust Asset Finance, hired Vicki Braches as senior transaction analyst. In this role, Braches will assist the credit department and provide oversight of documentation and funding activities. She has more than 20 years of experience in documenting and funding transactions in the mid to large-ticket equipment finance market.

“The hiring of Vicki Braches will improve efficiency and the customer experience as we continue to grow the business,” said Paul Hallauer, WCF chief credit officer. “Further, Vicki’s oversight of this important process will provide consistency and improve accuracy in the documentation and funding areas. Braches’ years of industry experience includes positions as a paralegal, transaction coordinator, records specialist and project manager. Before joining WCF, she spent 22 years at GE Capital in positions of increasing responsibility.
