Jenny Jarose,
Senior Director, Human Resources & Administration,
LTi Technology Solutions

Jenny Jarose brings more than 16 years of experience to her role at LTi Technology Solutions, where she serves as senior director of human resources and administration. At LTi, Jarose and her team are responsible for the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement and every step along the way.

VISION FOR THE FUTURE:

“I believe that embracing each individual for who they are and helping them find their path to success is the foundation of a successful organization. Each of us brings something special to the table, as we are all unique. Welcoming and developing different viewpoints, cultures, backgrounds, ages and abilities fosters more creativity while creating a more rewarding experience for everyone.”

In Jarose’s eight years at LTi, she has overseen the doubling of the company’s employee base while working toward changing an administratively-focused human resources function to an employee-focused strategic business partner. Creative upgrades and impactful process improvements within the department over her tenure have turned LTi’s HR department into a strength.

Over the last year, Jarose has implemented a complete overhaul of LTi’s employee onboarding process, taking a collaborative, employee-first approach to training and onboarding. Utilizing a progressive approach to HR, given LTi’s size, she has researched, recommended and implemented an impactful leadership training program for management to take LTi to the next level. She also successfully re-engineered LTi’s entire performance review process, simplifying the process and making it fully digital while staying focused on critical conversation topics and tying results to company-level talent management metrics.

Jarose also completed a mid-year conversion to a self-insured health plan to better meet the needs of LTi’s employees. She was also the key driver in hiring and onboarding 29 new employees while overseeing all recruitment. Simultaneously, Jarose successfully led a team of people tasked with fostering a high level of employee engagement and satisfaction while striving to maintain LTi’s strong sense of culture in an increasingly remote workforce.

“Jenny’s focus and drive to continually evolve LTi to meet the ever-changing
needs of our employee base has been and will continue to be foundational to our ability to effectively serve the equipment finance industry,” Jeff Van Slyke, CEO of LTi Technology Solutions, says. “There was not a better illustration of this then the leadership shown and efforts put forth during the pandemic, where she was instrumental in a smooth transition to a primarily remote office setting while leading a team of employees focused on maintaining our strong culture and employee relations during these challenging and ever-changing times.”
