BofI Federal Bank appointed Becky Hanley indirect sales manager focusing on equipment finance and leasing. In her new role, Hanley will be responsible for building and managing intermediary and secondary market buy-desk relationships with an initiative of growing the bank’s equipment finance portfolio. She will report to Jeremy Young, sales manager of BofI Equipment Finance.

Hanley has more than 15 years of capital markets experience in the equipment finance industry having held positions with Stryker, Bridge Capital Leasing, Atel Leasing, Key Equipment Finance and Citicapital Commercial. Hanley recently worked for Stryker Flex Financial where she managed the vendor program and lender relationships.
