Crestmark Equipment Finance hired Robert W. Leonard as a managing director of Indirect Originiations and Todd M. Keith as an officer and senior credit analyst.

Leonard will report to CEF’s Chief Operating Officer Tom Rutherford. Leonard joins CEF from Bank of Birmingham where he was executive vice president and had responsibility for the equipment financing and private banking areas. His earlier roles include officer positions at Q10/iCap Capital, Michigan National Bank and Ford Motor Credit Company.

Keith will report to John Crockett, CEF’s managing director of Credit and Underwriting. Keith joins CEF from Macquarie Equipment Finance where he was vice president, senior credit manager based in Toronto. While working for Macquarie, he also had a two-year assignment in Dublin, where he was a credit manager. His previous work experience includes senior credit analyst at CIT Equipment Leasing; credit analyst, accounting manager at Citizens First Savings Bank and credit analyst at Metrobank.
