ENGS Commercial Finance was recognized as one of Chicago’s most dynamic and industry leading businesses as part of the Chicago Tribune’s and Better Business Bureau’s Top Workplaces for 2017.
Top Workplace companies were selected after review of over 67,000 employee surveys. The employees ranked their employer on key qualities such as company leadership, employee engagement, communication, career opportunities, work environment, company culture, pay and benefits. ENGS is one of only 55 companies in Chicago chosen for this distinction in the 100 to 250 employee category and the only winning company in the commercial finance space.
“Being recognized as a Chicago Top Workplace is a terrific honor, and one that we are very proud of,” commented Craig Weinewuth, CEO of ENGS Commercial Finance. “This is a true testament to our team.”
Jim Freund, executive vice president of ENGS Commercial Finance, commented, “Company culture is a big deal to us. We are committed to providing a positive work environment and growth opportunities for our employees. Our employees feel engaged and know that they have a role in the success of our business. It is a great honor for the entire ENGS family to receive this award. We are very proud of our entire team.”
