Inc. magazine ranked Onset Financial on its 37th annual Inc. 5000, a ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. This marked Onset’s second appearance on the list, which represents a look at companies within the U.S.’s independent small and midsized business segment.

“This is [Onset’s] second time on the Inc. 5000, which is a truly extraordinary accomplishment,” James Ledbetter, editor in chief of Inc. Media, said. “Needless to say, making the list gets harder every year as your starting base grows. A mere one in three have made the list two times.”

“It’s great to see our team’s hard work be recognized among the best in the country,” Onset Financial CEO Justin Nielsen said. “It’s not luck if it happens two years in a row, it shows our team is breaking the mold and people are taking notice.”

The 2018 Inc. 5000 achieved a three-year average growth of 538.2% and a median rate of 171.8%. The Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue was $206.1 billion in 2017, accounting for 664,095 jobs over the past three years.
