RBB President and CEO Takes Leave of Absence



Alan Thian, president and CEO of RBB, will take a leave of absence, effective immediately, pending an internal investigation being conducted by a special committee of the RBB board of directors.

The RBB board of directors appointed David Morris, executive vice president and CFO, as interim president and CEO. Morris will continue in his role as CFO as well.
