Utica Leaseco completed two transactions totaling $1.23 million during the first week of November, including:

• $330,000 to a current Utica Leaseco customer operating within the agricultural sector that needed funding to purchase new equipment and expand daily operations. Within five days of the company’s initial request, Utica provided the $330,000 lease, bringing the company’s total funding to date to more than $11.85 million.
• A $900,000 refinance secured by machinery and equipment to a machining and fabrication company located in Ohio. By utilizing the equity in two individual schedules, Utica provided working capital to grow operations and lower the customer’s monthly obligations.
